I bought this to use with my Xiaomi 50w wireless charger however it's charging speed only reaches a maximum of 13w through the wireless charger itself. However if I plug it into the phone directly I get the120w max hypercharge. I have bought an original Xiaomi 67w charger to use with it instead but this will come in handy for other usb c devices.

This fast charger is actually unbranded but sold through Yu Sailing. It's a 120W charger that comes with a USB-C cable that’s designed to charge compatible Xiaomi devices really quickly using their HyperCharge or Turbo Charging tech. It's meant to work with a bunch of Xiaomi phones, like the newer ones in the 12, 13, and 14 series, plus some Redmi Note and Poco models. The manufacturer says it can deliver up to 120W of power, but that only works if your phone actually supports it. Otherwise, it'll charge at a slower speed. They also mention it has built-in safety features to prevent things like overcharging and overheating, which is something I always look for in a charger. It's a compact design and works with different voltages (100V-240V), so you could take it traveling. It has a built-in plug with a pop-up earth pin that’s suitable for UK sockets, plus a 1 metre USB-C cable in the box. When I got it, the charger felt pretty solid, though I noticed the earth pin on the plug felt a little feeble by comparison to the rest of the charger which was a little disappointing. I did some testing to see what charging protocols it supports – those are basically different ways devices and chargers communicate to figure out the best way to charge. It didn't support some of the fast-charging standards used by other brands like Apple, Samsung, Huawei, or OnePlus (like PD, Apple 2.4A, Samsung AFC, Huawei FCP/SCP, VOOC/DASH/WARP, SuperVOOC), but it did support Quick Charge 2.0 and 3.0. Quick Charge is a pretty common standard, so that's something. I also found that it supported standard charging for devices that don't use fast charging. There are some oddities about this charger, notably the spellings that are printed on it with “communlcations coLtd” and “Designned by”, but this in no way affects this powerful charger. If your phone supports the Hyper Charge or Turbo Charge feature, you'll see the biggest benefit from this charger. If not, it'll still work as a regular charger, probably around 15W. So, if you've got a compatible Xiaomi model and want a quicker charge, this is certainly worth considering, but just remember that it won't magically make a slow phone charge fast!
